Privacy Policies

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.

Reservation Policies Pay at the Hotel

Guarantee policy:

A credit card or bank deposit is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, ir order to avoid fee charges.
Cancellation 48 hours before arrival date1 night penalty.
Cancellation 24 hours before the arrival date, penalty for the entire stay.
Not refundable date, no cancellation from December 24 to 31.

No show policy:

If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:

Extra person charge applies. See rate at the moment of checking availability.

Children policy:

Up to 6 years old kids are considered minors and can share the room with 2 adults at no extra charge. Kids from 6 to 12 years old are considered children and pay 50% of the total cost of the room based on the designated occupancy. Example: Price per adult per night: 1500 pesos. Children pay: 750 pesos per night.

Any reservation cancelled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 10% penalty charge of the reservation total.
Any reservation cancelled within 14 to 3 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 1 night stay penalty charge.
Any reservation cancelled within 2 to 0 days prior to the arrival date or No Shows will not be refunded. No refunds apply on early departures.

Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Holidays:
High Season
Any reservation cancelled 31 or more days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% penalty charge off the reservation total.
Any reservation cancelled within 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 1 night stay penalty charge.
Any reservation cancelled within 14 to 0 days prior to the arrival date or No Shows will not be refunded; No refunds apply on early departures.

Pets policy:

Price per room, per night in double occupancy for each pet.

  • We allow one pet per room.
  • Pets are not allowed on holidays and festivities
  • All pets must have their own bed.
  • Pets must have their leash on in all the areas of the hotel with no exceptions.
  • All pets must be under their owner’s supervision.
  • It is forbidden for pets to sleep over the furniture of the guestroom or hotel.
  • Pets cannot be inside the room without the presence of their owner.
  • Pets cannot be in the pool area or in any area indicated by the hotel administration.
  • Any damage caused by the pet is the owner’s responsibility.
  • The space and tranquility of the other guests must be respected.
  • The pet’s hygiene is the owner’s responsibility.
  • Please be a responsible owner.

Overbooking policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
